The sign-out book your club won't lose
BoatLog replaces the paper book by the boathouse door. Members sign boats out from their phone or the club tablet, damage gets reported the moment it happens, and you can see who's still on the water.
What it does
Sign out in seconds
Tap a boat, confirm, go. On the boathouse tablet it's a PIN and one tap — no roster to scroll, no book to find, no biro on a string.
See who's on the water
One glance shows every boat that's out, who took it, and which are overdue. Captains and safety officers get the view they actually need.
Damage gets reported, not forgotten
Anyone can flag damage from their phone, with a photo. Red-flagged boats come out of service automatically, so nobody takes out a broken one.
Book a boat ahead
Reserve a boat for a session. No-shows release automatically after a window your club sets, so a forgotten booking doesn't strand a crew.
Works with no signal
Boathouses have thick walls and bad reception. BoatLog runs entirely on the device and syncs when it can — nothing is lost, and nothing waits for a bar of 4G.
Your data stays in the UK
Everything is stored in Google Cloud's London region. Members' contact details are visible only inside your own club, never to another.
RowSocial
Your club's own news feed, inside BoatLog. Post results and photos from the water, comment, react — visible only to members of your club, never public and never to another club. Members choose to join it and can leave at any time, and your committee moderates it with tools that actually remove things.
RowSocial is included in every paid BoatLog plan. It isn't part of the 14-day free trial, so your club gets the feed the moment you subscribe.
Pricing
Priced by how many people your club has — every tier has the full feature set. Monthly, VAT included, and the 14-day trial needs no card.

What it isn't
BoatLog is a record-keeping tool, not a safety system. It does not monitor the water, detect danger or summon help. Overdue alerts are built on what people entered, so they can be wrong or late. Your club's own safety procedures stay exactly where they are.
